My Health Journey: A Wake-up Call

My health transformation began not with my diagnosis, but my mother’s. She developed treatment-induced diabetes while fighting cancer.

Watching her health challenges pushed me to reflect on my own lifestyle, years of obesity, sitting for hours as an IT consultant, and feeling constantly drained.

When I finally got tested, my HbA1c was 5.8 pre-diabetic.

Rather than wait for it to worsen, I made a life-changing decision: I joined FFD’s Holistic Transformation Program (HTP).
